Use integrations as workflow actions:

  • Trigger workflows from external events
  • Read and write data in connected services
  • Sync data between systems
  1. Go to Settings → Integrations
  2. Find the service you want to connect
  3. Click Connect
  4. Complete the authentication flow
  5. Grant necessary permissions
  1. Go to Settings → Integrations
  2. Find the connected service
  3. Click Disconnect
  4. Confirm disconnection

Most integrations use OAuth for secure authentication:

  • Futurity never stores your password
  • You control what permissions to grant
  • Revoke access anytime

Integrations access only what you authorize:

  • Review permissions before connecting
  • Grant minimum necessary access
  • Audit connected apps periodically

All integration data is encrypted:

  • In transit (TLS)
  • At rest (AES-256)
  • API keys are securely stored

We’re working on additional native integrations:

  • Notion
  • HubSpot
  • More MCP server options
