Account Setup

This guide walks you through setting up your Futurity account and configuring your organization.

  1. Go to futurity.work/signup
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Create a secure password
  4. Verify your email via the link sent to your inbox
  5. Complete your profile information

After creating your account, you’ll need to set up or join an organization.

Organization creation is available through the API or organization settings. Contact your administrator or use the API directly.

Organization Details:

  • Organization name (required)
  • Description (optional)
  • Organization image (optional)

Inviting Team Members:

  1. Generate an invite code

    From your organization settings, create an invite code.

  2. Share the invite code

    Share the invite code or invite link with team members. They can use it during signup to join your organization.

  3. Configure invite settings (optional)

    Set optional expiration dates and usage limits for the invite code.

If you have an invite code from an organization administrator:

  1. Obtain an invite code

    Get an invite code or invite link from your organization administrator.

  2. Visit the signup page

    Go to futurity.work/signup and enter the invite code.

  3. Complete signup

    You’ll be automatically added to the organization when you complete the signup process.

Customize your Futurity profile in /dashboard/profile:

Available Settings:

We recommend these security best practices:

  • Use a strong, unique password
  • Review connected integrations periodically (if available)
  • Log out of shared devices
