Creating Agents
Agents are specialized AI assistants configured for specific tasks or domains. Create custom agents to handle repetitive workflows or domain-specific operations.
What Are Agents?
Section titled “What Are Agents?”Agents are customized versions of Corint with:
- Custom instructions: Specific guidelines for behavior
- Focused capabilities: Tailored for particular tasks
- Domain knowledge: Context about your business or domain
- Tool access: Configured set of available tools
The Agents Library
Section titled “The Agents Library”Access the Agents Library from the Corint sidebar to:
- Browse available agents (your custom agents and global agents)
- Create new agents
Creating an Agent
Section titled “Creating an Agent”-
Open Agents Library
Navigate to Corint → Agents Library → Create Agent

Define basic information
- Name: A descriptive name (e.g., “Sales Report Generator”)
- Description: What the agent does
- Model: The AI model to use

Write instructions
Provide detailed instructions for the agent’s behavior:
You are a sales report specialist. When asked to create reports:1. Always include executive summary first2. Use our standard KPIs: revenue, units sold, conversion rate3. Compare to previous period4. End with actionable recommendations5. Format numbers with thousand separators -
Select tools
- Choose which tools the agent can access
- Tools extend the agent’s capabilities

Click Save to create the agent
Agent Instruction Best Practices
Section titled “Agent Instruction Best Practices”Be Specific
Section titled “Be Specific”Good instructions are detailed and leave little ambiguity:
When creating customer emails:- Use a friendly but professional tone- Always include the customer's first name- Keep emails under 200 words- End with a clear call-to-action- Sign off as "The [Company Name] Team"Define Output Format
Section titled “Define Output Format”Specify exactly how results should be structured:
Format all competitive analyses as:

Agent Visibility
Section titled “Agent Visibility”Agents can have different visibility:
- User agents: Created by you, visible to you
- Global agents: Available to all users
Managing Agents
Section titled “Managing Agents”Agents you create are available for use in Corint conversations and in workflows. When you select an agent for a task, it uses the custom instructions and tools you configured.
